The expense of s~id work or improvement is by said Resolution of Intention made chsrgeable upon a district, which said district is described in and by the said Hesolu- rich, and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer. All of the herein proposed work sha~l be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Ca]i- fornis, designated Improvement Act thereto. For further particulars, of 1911, and amendments reference is hereby made to said Resolution of IntentioM No. 1339, which is dated the 15th day of ~eptember, 1924, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ans. The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby di- rected to post a notice of said work, together with the plans and specificatior, s therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Boord of Trustees invi- ting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such pro- posals, ~nd referniug to the specifications posted or on file, iu the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, s daily newspaper pub- lished ~nd circulated iu the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose. I hereby certify that the f~egoing Resolution Order- ing Work was duly and reg~l~rly intrcduced, p~ssed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, at a regu- lar meeting of e~id Board of ~'rustees held on the 6th d~y of October, 1924, by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees C.H.
