A RESOLUTION OF THE POARD OF ThUSTEES OF T~E ~TY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, REIATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1189, DETEP~!INING ~IE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIB- ING THE DENOMINATION CF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, tb,t the warrant, assessment and diagram recorded on the 8rd day of ~eptember, 1924, for the work and improvement made by Wells & Bressler under that certain con- tract awarded to them on the 1Vth day of March, 1924, on West Second Street, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, to- gether with ~ written statement of all payments received the waid assessment, arid ~fter the ~ll expiration of twenty (20) d~ys from the date of sa~d warrant, the ssid Street Su- perintendent duly made ,nd fi~ed with the City Clerk of the s,id City of S~ ts Aha, a complete list of al2 assessments unpaid upon t~e said assessment, which list is now on file ir the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Bo,rd dete~Eines that the assessments therein men- tioned were then unpeid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Sixteen T~nousand, Five Hundred ~ight-five and 100ths ($16,58~.~) Dollars, and that assessment numbered 92 aggregating the sum of Twenty end 68/100ths ($20.88) Dollars and no otDers have been paid since the filing of list of un- paid assessments by the Street Superintemdent, and that t?~ere now remains ~npaid the sum of Sixteen Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-four and Vg/]OOths ($18,~84.V9) Dollars upon the assess merits shown upon said list other than that heretnabove last noted as having been p~id.
