Vegel[ <br />clerk of the ~ity of Santa aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1ZSV. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE POARD OF ThUSTEES OF T~E ~TY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, REIATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. <br />1189, DETEP~!INING ~IE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIB- <br />ING THE DENOMINATION CF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR <br />ISSUANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list <br />of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form <br />required by law, tb,t the warrant, assessment and diagram <br />recorded on the 8rd day of ~eptember, 1924, for the work and <br />improvement made by Wells & Bressler under that certain con- <br />tract awarded to them on the 1Vth day of March, 1924, on West <br />Second Street, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram <br />were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, to- <br />gether with ~ written statement of all payments received <br />the waid assessment, arid ~fter the ~ll expiration of twenty <br />(20) d~ys from the date of sa~d warrant, the ssid Street Su- <br />perintendent duly made ,nd fi~ed with the City Clerk of the <br />s,id City of S~ ts Aha, a complete list of al2 assessments <br />unpaid upon t~e said assessment, which list is now on file ir <br />the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence <br />shown this Bo,rd dete~Eines that the assessments therein men- <br />tioned were then unpeid, the total aggregate thereof being <br />the sum of Sixteen T~nousand, Five Hundred ~ight-five and <br />100ths ($16,58~.~) Dollars, and that assessment numbered 92 <br />aggregating the sum of Twenty end 68/100ths ($20.88) Dollars <br />and no otDers have been paid since the filing of list of un- <br />paid assessments by the Street Superintemdent, and that t?~ere <br />now remains ~npaid the sum of Sixteen Thousand, Five Hundred <br />Sixty-four and Vg/]OOths ($18,~84.V9) Dollars upon the assess <br />merits shown upon said list other than that heretnabove last <br /> <br />noted as having been p~id. <br /> <br /> <br />
