Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1189 of the Board of Trustees of ~he City of Santa Aha, passed the llth day of February, 1924, for a complete des- cription of the work herein mentioned, and to the llst of unpaid assessments filed ~s above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notifed in the manner required by law to aD,ear before the Board of Trustees of the maid C~y of Santa ~na, California, in the Council Cham- ber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 6th day of October, 1924, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superintendent's list: and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law tfat serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per anoum will be issued hereunder in the manner provi- dad in the "Improvement bond Act merit of which bonds shall mature day of July next succeeding ten of 1915", the last install- nine (9) years from the 2nd (10) months from their date. And ~1] interested persons having appeared before this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the u~D~d assessments shown on said list, and all objections presented hav~n~ been heard and considered; NOW BE IT HESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby find end determine that no cause h~s been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule, all objections thereto, and does hereby d~r~Ct the issuance of said bonds, and further BE IT HESOLVED AS FOLIOWS, that bonds shall be issued upon the semurtty of sa~d unpaid assessments to said amount of Sixteen Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-four and ~9/ 100ths ($16,564.V9) Dollars.
