RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
<br />AS~ES$5~ENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING T~E STREET
<br />SUPERINSqEND~NT TO ATTACF WARP~NT AND RECORD

<br />NO. 1361.
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa
<br />Aha did, on the 14th day cf April, 1924, pass kesolutlon of
<br />Intentlou ~o. 1231, for the improvement of McFadden Street,
<br />and whereas, on the ~5tl~ day of ~ept., 1924, the Superinten-
<br />dent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the
<br />sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract
<br />made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assess-
<br />ment diagram was an~roved by the Board of Trustees of said
<br />City on the 22ud day of September, 1924.
<br />
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has
<br />given notice required by law in w~ich notice October 13th, 19~4,
<br />
<br />at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. was
<br />the Council Chamber of the City Hall
<br />where any ,nd ail persons interested
<br />
<br />fixed as the time, and
<br />of said City as the place
<br />in the said work might
<br />
<br />be heard; and whereas, ssld 13th day of October, 1924, was a
<br />legs1 holiday, the hearing on said matter was continued to
<br />October 14th, 1924, st the same hour and place.

<br /> AND WHEHF~.S, no person aggrieved has filed with the
<br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as
<br />required by law, and whereas, at the time to which the hear-
<br />ing of protests or objections had been continued, the Board
<br />of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and ~ll
<br />of said protests or objectlous to said assessment or the work
<br />done having been heard, it is hereby:
<br />
<br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of
<br />Santa A~a that all of the said protests or objections against
<br />said assessment or the work dDe under said proceedings be,
<br />and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assessment
<br />be affirmed, and that the Street buperintendent be, and he is
<br />hereby d~Irected,to attach to said assessment a warrant in the
<br />form and manner required by 1,w, and shall record the same in
<br />the office of said ~uperintendeut of Streets.

<br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolutlou was
<br />duly and regul,rly psssed by the Board of Trustees of the City
<br />of Santa Aris, st an adjourned regular meeting of said Board held
<br />on the 14th day of October, 1924, by the following vote:
