RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTEST OR OBJECTIONS TO
<br />ASSESSMENT, A?PROVING AS~ES~ENT AND ORDERING THE STREET
<br />SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTAC}~ WARRANT AND RECORD

<br />No. 1382.

<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa
<br /> Aha did, on the 10th day of March, 1924, pass t~esolutton of
<br /> Intentlou No. 1206, for the improvement of kdinger Street,
<br /> and whereas, on the 23rd day of Sept., 19~.4, the Superinten-
<br /> dent of Streets of the said City filed an assessment to cover
<br /> the sum due for the work performed and specified in the con-
<br /> tract made under proceedings for the said improvement, whicl
<br /> assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of
<br /> said City on the 22nd day of September, 1924.

<br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has
<br />given notice required by Saw in which notice October 13th,
<br />1924, at the hour of V:30 o'clock ?.~'. w~s fixed ss the time,
<br />and the Council Chamber of tke City Hall of ss~d City as the
<br />place where any s~d all persons interested in the said work
<br />might be heard; end whereas, said 1Zth d,y of October, 1924,
<br />was a legal holid,y, the hearing on said matter was continued
<br />
<br /> to October 14th, 19~4, at the same hour and place.
<br /> AND ~BEREAS,~ ~ ' no person aggrieved has filed with the~
<br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as I
<br />required by law, and whereas, st the time to which the hear-
<br />ing of protests or objections had been continaed, the Board
<br />of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all
<br />of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work
<br />done having been heard; it is hereby
<br />
<br /> EESOLVED, b~ the Board of Trustees of the City of
<br />Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections against.
<br />said assessment or the work done under s~Id proceedings be,
<br />and the same ere hereby, overruled and denied and the assess-
<br />ment be ~ffirmed, and that the btreet Superintendent be, and
<br />he iS hereby direct'ed to attach to said assessment a warrant
<br />in the form and m, nner required by law, and shall record the
<br />same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.

<br />duly ~nd regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the
<br />City of Saut~ Aha, at an adjourned regular meeting of said
<br />Board held on the 14th day of October, 1924, by the following
