<br />STREET SUPERINTE~DENT TO ATTAC~ WARRANT AND RECORD

<br /> W}IERE~S, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa
<br />Aha did, on the ~6th dsy of Eay, 1924, pass nesolution of In-
<br />tention No. 1B68, for the improvement of ~est Nineteenth
<br />Street, and whereas, on the Z5th day of Sept., 1924, the
<br />Superintendent of ~treets of the said 0ity filed an assessment
<br />to cover the sum dme for the work performed and specified in
<br />the contract made under proceedings for the said improvement,
<br />which assessment diagram was a~proved by the Board ~' Trustees
<br />of said C~ty on the 22nd day of september, 1924,
<br />
<br /> AND ~HEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa
<br />
<br />given notice required by law in which notice October
<br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.~. was
<br />the Council Chamber of the City Ball
<br />where any and all persons interested
<br />be heard; sod whereas, ssid 13th
<br />legal holiday, the hearing on said matter was continued to
<br />October 14th, 1924, at tPe same hour and place.
<br />
<br /> AND ~}~REAS, no person aggrieved has filed with the
<br />Board of Trustees a writte~ objection to said assessment as
<br />required by law, and whereas, at the time to which the hear-
<br />ing of protests or objections had been continued, the Board of
<br />Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of
<br />said protests or objections to sa~d assessment or the work
<br />done having been heard; it is hereby
<br />
<br /> RE~0LVED, by the Bosrd of Trustees of the City of
<br />Santa Aha that ali of the said Drotests or objections against
<br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be,
<br />and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess-
<br />ment be affirm~ed, end that the Street ~uperlntendent be, and
<br />he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant
<br />iu the form and manner required by law, and shall record the
<br />same in the off, ce of said ~uperintendent of Streets.
