AND WHERFAS, the Olerk of the City of Santa ana has ~Iven notice required by law in which notice October 20th, 1924, at the hour of V:80 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said asses~ merit as required by law, and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to maid assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aua that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets.
