Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement within said City, in, on and along the roadway of West Santa Clara Avenue from the West line of M~in Street to the East line of Greenleaf ~t~eet, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in any of the above described portion of street in, on and along whiDh work is to be done or improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the pro- perty lines thereof. The work and improvement on the above described por- tion of roadway is more particularly described as follows: 1. The grading and paving of West ~anta Clara Ave- nue with a four (4) inch asphaltic concrete base overlaid with a two (2~ inch asphaltic concrete wearing'surface. 2. The construction of cement curb on portions of the above described street where same have not already been constructed, in accordance with the plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications hereinafter referred to. ~. The construction of Portland cement concrete sidewalks on portions of the south side of said street where the same have not already been constructed, in accordance with the plans, profiles, cross-sections snd specifications, hereinafter more fully referred to. 4. The excavation for and the laying of forty (40) four (4) inch lateral house connecting sewers of the materials, in accordance with, and st the places where shown in the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications, hereinafter more fully referred to. 6. The excavation for and the construction of one (1} six (6) inch stub sewer of the materials and in accordance with the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications hereinafter more fully referred to. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. Ail of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross- sections on file in the office of the City Egnineer, and speci- fications for Assessment District No. ~, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1~2, on the 2Vth day of October, 1~24, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections an~ specifi- cations for said work and improvement, The said plans, pro- files, cross-sections and specifications are hereby referred
