Resolved, full end detailed description of the said proposed part of this Resolution as though set forth in that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of West Santa Clara Ave. hue st a grade other than the existing official grade there- of, and on such part of said street the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of said street as modi- fied and changed, but on all other, parts of the roadway, if any, the work is to be do ne at the existing o~fioisl grade thereof. Resolved, that the exim$ing official grade on West Santa Clara Avende will be modified between the West line of Main Street and the mast line of Greenleaf Street; that be- between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other that the existS, rig grade, which new or proposed grade ia indi- cated and shown on the profiles and plans. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nlue (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (lC) months from their date. That the contemplated work and improve- meut hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to' pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,' State of California, and more p~rticularly described as fol- lows: Beginning ~t a ooint on the West line of North Main Street 226.8 feet South of the center line of West Santa Clara Avenue; thence West to the South East corner of Lot 8, Block A of the Robinson Tract as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Records, Book 31, page VA, Records of Los Ange- les County, California; thence West along the South lines of Lots B, 9, 10, 1t and 18 of said Block A of the Robinson Tract to the South West corner of said Lot 18; thence West across North Broadway and parallel to the South line of West Santa Clara Avenue to the East line of Greenle~f Street;
