$0 awarded to him on the Vth d~y of July, 1924, on West Nine- teenth Street, and that s. id warrant, assessment and diagram wer~ returned to the Street Superintendent of s.id City, to- gether with e written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, end after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superin- tendent duly made end filed with th$ City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana,-e complete list of al~ assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in ~he office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of One Thousand, Six Hundred ~inety-three and 56/100the ($1,69~.56) Dollars, end that assessments numbered 4, 8, 19, 20, 21, 22 and ~2 aggregating the sum of One Thousand, Two Hundred Sixty- four and 42/lOOt,s ($1,28A.A2) Dollars and no others have since been p~id, and that there now remains unpoid the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-nine end l~/lOOths ($A29.1A) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon said list other then those hereinebove last noted ns having been p~id. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1268 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Sant~ Ans, passed the 28th day of May, 192~, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned, andto the list. of unpaid assess- ments filed ss shove noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEHF~S, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the s~Id C~y of Santa Ane, California, in the Council Chamber of the City I~ll of said City, at the hour of V:~O o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 1Vth day of November, 1924, and show c~use why bonds should not be issued upon ~he security of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superintendent's ~ist; end WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest st the rate of ~x (6%~ per cent per annum will. be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10~ months from their date. And ell interested persons having appeared before this Board of Trustees end having been given full opnortunity to show cause why bonds ~ ould not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and all objections presented having ~een heard end considered; NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bo.rd of Trustees does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why
