bonds should not be issued upon the sec~ity of sa id unpsid assessments, end does hereby overrule all objections thereto and does hereby di~-ect the issuance of said bonds, and ~rthe BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be is- sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments t$~aid amount of Four Hundred Twenty-nine and 14/100the ($429.14) Dollars.
