RE~OLUTION OF INTENTION No. 1382. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOAHD OF TR~JTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA; CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTheRWISE IMPROV ING (~ A PORTION OF CYPRESS AVENUE AND ORANGE AVENUE, ALL W~RIN THE SAID CITY; DECLA~ ING THE SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO. BE BENE- ~t~ED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUEDTO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSF~; AND FIXING Tt~ TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEN~NT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE AS~ESSED OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, Dursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and conven- ience require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the con- struction of the following described work and improvement within said City, to-wit: In, on and along cribed portions of streets the roadways of the following des- in the said City, to-wit: (a) Orange Avenue from the South line of McFadden Street to the North line of E~st Edinger Street; (b) Cypress Avenue from the South line of McFadden Street to the North line of East Edinger Street; And where any street or alley intersects or termi- nates in any of the above described portions of streets, in, on and along which work is to be done and improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line reservations to the property lines The work snd improvement and across the sidewalk thereof. on the above described portions lows: of roadways is more particularly described as fol- 1. The regrsding of the above described portiom of Orange Avenue and the paving of said portion of Orange Avende with a Portland cement concrete pavement five (S) ~nches in thickness with belt finish wearing surface. 2. The regrading and paving of the above described portion of Cypress Avenue with s portland cement concrete p~vement six (8) inches iu thickness with belt finish wear- ing surface.
