86 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PI~NS AND SPECIFICATION <br /> <br /> No. l~8Z. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the <br /> following work to be done and improvement to be made in the <br /> City of Santa Ano upon and along that open public street in <br /> said City, commonly known ss V~ Ness Avem~e, and which por- <br /> tion thereof is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Van Ness Avenue from the m~th line of Walnut <br />Street to the South line of West Fourth Street, excepting <br />therefrom the intersection of ~est First Street with Van ~ess <br />Avenue, which is already paved to grade. <br /> <br /> Said work being described as follows: <br /> <br /> The grading and paving of the described portion of <br />said Van Ness Avenue with a four (4) inch asphaltic concrete <br />base overlaid with a two (2) inch asphaltic concrete wearing <br />surface; the construction of curbs and sidewalk. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated' <br />as Assessment District No. 9V, for the improvement of the <br />above described street, and submitted this 24th day of <br />November, 1924, be, smd the same ere hereby adopted as and <br />for the plans and specificat~cns for doing seid work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the <br />Boord of Trustees of the City of Santa Aris, at an adjourned <br /> <br />regular meeting thereof held <br />1924, by the following vote, <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br /> on the 24th day of November, <br /> to-wit: <br /> <br />C.~.
