RESOLI~!I ON NO. 1384. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, t~;I,ATING TO THE ISi~UANCE OF STREET IMPROVE%lENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1242, DETER~IINING THE AMO~R~T OF UN~AID ASSESS~EItTS, PRE,CRIB, ING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEI~ IS[~UANCE WHEREES, pursuant to statute, notice of filing lis' ~f unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by ]aw, that the warrant, assessment and diagram re. corded on the 21st day of October, ].924, for the work and improvement made by 5. k. Ford under that certain co~tract swarded to him on the Vth day of July, 1924, on Roe Drive, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with s written statement of all payments received upon the said as- sessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant,the Street Superintendent duly made a~d filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Aha a complete list of ail assessments unpaid upon ~he s~id assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total s~greg~te thereof befog the sum of Three Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-three and 22/100tbs ($3243.22) Dollars, and that ~o assessments have since been paid, and thst there now remains unpaid the sum of Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty-three and 22/100ths ($3~43.22) Dollars upon t~ assessments shown on said list; Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Inte~ttor No. 1242 of the Board nf Trustees of the City ~ Ssnts Aha, passed the 28th of April, 1924, for a complete description nY the work herein me~tfoned, and to the list of unpsld sssess- manta filed as above no,ed, for the assessments unpaid. AND ~HEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Based of Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.~. of No~day, t?~e 24th day of November, 1924, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rlty of the unpaid assessments sh~n on said Street Superfn- tendent't llst; and WHEREAS, notice was d~ly given in the manner snd form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessmeots bearing interest at the rate of six (6%) per cen' per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in
