L) Clerk of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br /> RIESOI.I~ION NO. 1385 <br /> <br /> A RESOIUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RE~TING TO THE ~ SUANCE OF STREET <br />IEPROVEMENT BONDS WURSUA~T TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. <br />1258, DETERMINING T}~ A~0UNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIB- <br />ING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR <br />ISSUANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list <br />of unpaid ~ssessments was duly given in the manner and form <br />required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram <br />recorded on the Zlst day of October, 1924, for the work and <br />improvement m~de by B. R. Ford under that certain contract <br />awarded to him on the l~th day of June, 1924, on ~est Third <br />Street, and that s~id warrant, assessment and diagram were <br />returned to the Street buperi~tendent of said City, together <br />with a written statement of ~ll payments received upon the <br />said assessment, and after the full e×piration of twenty (~0) <br />days from the date of s~id warrant, the Street Superintendenl <br />duly mede and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Ssnt~ <br />Aha, a complete list of ~ll assessments unpaid upon the said <br />assessment, which list is now on file in the Dffice of the <br />City Clerk of said city, now upon evidence shown tlis Board <br />determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then <br />unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Six <br />T~ousand, Three Hundred Sixty-four and 60/lO0ths ($6,384.60) <br />Dollars, ~nd that assessment number 4, aggregating the sum of <br />Twenty-five and 15/100ths ($25.15) Dollars and no others have <br />since been pnld, ard that there now remains unpaid the sum of <br />Six Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-nine and 45/100tbs <br />($6,5Z9.45) Do]Jars upon the assessments shown upon said list <br />ot}~er than that herei~above ]est noted as having been paid. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby m~de to Resolution of Intention <br />No. 1258 of the Board of Trustees of the City of S~nta Aha, <br /> <br />pass6d the 12th d~y of 5{ay, 1924, <br />of the work herein mentioned, and <br />assessments filed as above noted <br /> <br />for a complete description <br />to the list of unpaid <br />for the assessments unpaid. <br /> <br /> <br />
