the "Improvement Bond Act cf 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. And s]l interestefl persons having ~ppeared before this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said list., and all objections presented having been he~rd ~nd considered; NOW BE IT RESOIVED, that the Board of Trustees does hereby flnd ~nd determine that no cause h~s been shown why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said unpsid assessments, and does hereby overrule ~ll objection thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of ssld bonds, and further BE IT RESOLV~D AS FOILOWS, that bonds shall .be is- sued upon the security of said unpaid assessments tos aid amount of Three Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-three and 22/100the ($3243.22) Do] ]ars. R. Ford, in satisfaction of the balance due upon his assessment and diagram.
