The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa An~ do resolve as follows: TNAT V~HERFAS, certain defects have oc~ulxed in the proceedings taken relative to the construction of , sewer on Myrtle Street~ Daisy Street, Fr~nk]in Street, South Artesia Street~West First Street, West W~lnut Street, West Pine Street, West Second Street, West Third Street, Townsend Street,West Fourth Street, and three separate rights of wsys within the City of Ssnts Aha said work being covered in Resolution of In- tention No. 1323, regularly passed by the Board of Trustees, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the ~Sth d~ of August, 1924, subsequent to the passing of Resolution No. 1316, on August 4th, ]~24, adopting plans and speclficeti0ns for s~id work; IT IS HEhEBY RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the City of Santa Ana, that ~solution Adopting Plans and Specificstfons No. 1Z16, and kesolution of Intention No. 132~, relating to the sbove described proposed work within the said City, be rescinded and vacated, and the same are hereby ordered rescinded and wcated, and ~]1 steps tsken subsequent to s, id Resolution of Intention in said proceeding, ~re hereby rescinded an4 v~c~ted.
