RESOLUTION ADOPTI~IG PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> NO. 1388. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the <br /> following work to be done and improvement to be made in the <br /> City of Santa Aris upon and along that open public street in <br /> said City, c ormmonly known as North Van ~ess Avenue, and wh~ch <br /> portion thereof is described as follows: <br /> <br /> North Van Ness Avenue from the North line of E ~i~h <br />Street to the South line 'of Washington Avenue, excepting <br />therefrom the intersections of Lime Street and Tenth Street <br /> <br />with North Van Ness Avenue, wh~.ch ~re elready paved to grade. <br /> Said work being described as follows: <br /> <br /> The ~rading and paving of the described portion of <br />~orth Van Ness Avenue with a ~ive (5) inch Portland Cement <br />Concrete pavement; the construction of house lateral sewers; <br />snd the construction of two (2) manholes. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and desig~.ate~ <br />as Assessment District No. 95, for the improvement of the <br />above described street, and submitted this 1st day of Decem- <br />ber, 192~, be, and the s ~me are hereby, adopted as and for <br />the plans and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify tb~t the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the <br />Board of Trustees of t~e City of Senta Aha, ~t a reguler <br />meeting thereof held on the 1st day of December, ]924, by <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />Atte~t.~' <br /> <br />( SEAL ) <br /> <br />C.}I.
