AND NMEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Ssnts AAa has given notice required by law in which notice December ]st,]924, st the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.¥. was fixed as the time, and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City ss the place where any and ali persons interested in the said work might be heard. AED WHEREAS, no ~erson aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment ss required by law, and whereas, st the time set for hearing protests or Objections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, amd all of said protests or ob- jections to said assessment or the work doMe having been heard; it is hereby: RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Cit~ of Santa AAa that a~] of the sa'~ protests or objections against said assessments or the work done under said proceedings be, ~nd the ss~e ~re hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- ment be affirmed, sad that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to ~ttach to said assessment a warrant in the form sad manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of the said Superintendent of Streets.
