115 <br /> <br /> RESOLIVION OVE[~ULINO PROTESTS OR OBJECTIOND TO <br />ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSmeNT AND ORDERING TP~ STREET SUP- <br />ERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND HECORD. <br /> <br />No. 1397. <br /> <br /> WHEKEA~, the Board of Tr~stees of the City of <br /> <br />A~ did!, on tbs 12~h day of ~y, ~924, psss Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1~59 for the improvement of ~cF~dden Street, <br />McClay Street, Chestnut Avenue, Lyon Street and Pirst Street, <br />and where~s, on the 14th day of ~ovember, 1924, the Superln- <br />tendeut of ~treets of said City filed an assessment to cover <br />the sum due for the work performed and specified in the con- <br />tract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which <br />assessment di~gr,m was apDroved by the Board of Trustees of <br />said City on the 20th d~y of October, 1924. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, tt-e Clerk of the City of Sent~ Ans <br />given notice req~ired by l~w in which notice December 8th, <br />1924, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.~. was fixed as the time, <br />and the Council Chsmber of tDe City Nall of said City as the <br />place where any ~md all persons interested in the said work <br /> <br />might be heard; ~nd whereas, <br /> <br />with the Board of Trustees ~ <br /> <br />ment ,s required by law; and whereas, at <br />hearing protests or objections the Board <br />City proceeded to hear the same, and all <br /> <br />no person s~grieved hss f~led <br /> <br />written objection to said assess <br /> the time set for <br /> of Trustees of said <br /> of said protests or <br /> <br />objections to ss~d assessment or the work done having been <br />heard, it is hereby; <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board ~f Trustees of t~e City of <br />Santa An~ that a21 of the said protests or objections against <br />ssid assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, <br />and the s~me are hereby, overruled ~nd denied and the assess- <br />ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, ~nd <br />he is hereby directed to attach to ss~d assessment a warrant <br />in the form and manner required by law, end shall record the <br />same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify tbst the f~regoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly rasse~ by the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of ~ant~ Aris, st ~ ~egu]sr meet!u~ of said Board held on <br />the 15th day of December, ]924, by tbs following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.P.
