of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-eectlons and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1378 on the 1Vth day of November, 1924, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The above des- cription is general only and the said plans, profiles, cross- sections and specificaticnt are hereby referred to for a full and detailed desertption of the said proposed work or improvet ment and are made a part of this Resolution of Intention the same as though set out in full herein. GRADE SECTION III. It is resolved by the Boar~ of Trus- tees of the said City that the grade to which the said pro- posed work shall be done and improvement shall be made, shall be a grade to conform to the grade established on the center line of said West Fifth Street, and shall be that sh~n on the plans and profiles, for the said work. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION iV. The said Board of Trustees d oas hereby: declare and determine, and notice is hereby given that ser~l bonds to re~resent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last ~nstallment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) mohths from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V.
