RESOLVED, that the pla~s and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be msde in the City of Santa Aha, upon ~d alon~ t~t open public street in ssid City, commonly known ss North lyon Street, which portion thereof is described as follows: North Iyo~ Street from the North lime of Cast First Street to the South line of Palm Avenue. Said work being described as follows: The grading and paving of the above described por- tion of street with five (5) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement, complete-to the official grade, and the comstructio~ of concrete curb.
