A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ~ CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A POR- TION OF THOSE CERTAIN ALLEYS IN TRACT NO. 428, E~TENDING FROM RIVERSIDE DRIVE TO HELIOTROPE DRIVE, AND FROM FLOWER STREET TO THE NORTH LINE OF A TEN FOOT ALLEY ON THE SOUTH OF TRACT NO. 428, AND AN ALLEY FROM RIVERSIDE DRIVE TO HELIOTROPE DRIVE; DECLARING IT TO BE FOR THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT.
