2. All of a twenty (20) foot alley extending from Flower Street to the North line of a ten (10) foot alley, lying to the South of Tract No. 425, said alley being adjacent and eontinguous to Lots 169 to 174 inclusive and Lots 1V6 to 190 inclusive, all in.said Tract No. 3. All of a ten (10) side Drive to Heliotrope Drive, 425. foot alley extending from Rive~ said alley being adjacent and contiguous to Lots BO, 81, and Lots 88 and lO8, all in said Tract No. 425. All of which is more claarly shown on a certain map consisting of two sheets, marked Sheet i and Sheet 2, approved and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana for the said abandonment, by Resolution No. 14V1 on the 30th day of March, 1925. LAND AND PROPERTY AFFECTED SECTION II. (a) That the said Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana does further declare that the lot, land, or premises affected by the vacation of the hereinbefore des- cribed alleys are those pieces or parcels of real property des- cribed as follows: Lots 61 to ?l, and Lot 8~, ail in Tract No. 425, as per map thereof on file in the office of the County Recorder. (b) 'Lots 169 to 174 inclusive, and Lots 176 to 190 inclusive, all in said Tract No. 425. (c) Lots go and 81, and Eots 88 and 108, all in said Tract No. 425. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION I~I. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 4th day of May, 1925, at 7:30 otclock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any and all pers c~s who shall have filed written protests with the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, on or before 21st day of ApriL, 1925, as required by law, may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement by aban&~ donment should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. ~JBLICATION OF NOTICE O~ PUBLIC WORK SECTION IV.
