the construction of the following described w~k and improve. ment~ all within said City, to-wit: In, on and along the roadway of the following des- cribed portion of street in the City of Santa Ana, to-wit: North Lyon Street from the North line of East First Street to the South line of Palm Avenue, and where any street or alley intereects or terminates in any of the above des- cribed portion of street in, on and along which work ~s tc b~ done and improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb lin~ and across the sidewalk reservations to the property lines thereof; and where any driveways intersect or terminate in any of the above described portions of street in, on and along which work is to be done ~nd improvement is to be made they beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reserva- tions to the property lines thereof. The work and improvement on the above described portions of roadway is more particularly describe~ as follows 1. The grading of all of the above described por- tions of street to a subgrade five (5) inches below the finished grade, and the construction on said subgrade of a five (5) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement from curb line to curb line, and where cross-streets or alleys inter- sect or terminate as shown on said plans along said street, the grading and paving to extend beyond the curb lines and across the sidewalk reservations to the property lines or extensions thereof: And the grading and paving of all drive- ways as shown on the plans, are to be paved for their entire width and extending from the street face of the curb to the street edge of the sidewalk. 2. The excavation for and the construction of ce- ment concrete curb on portions of the above described street where curbs do not now exist and where shown on the plans to be constructed. 3. Such other work and improvement as is noted on the plans, or as is hereinafter specified, shall be done and shall be considered as incidental to the above described wor~ and improvement, and no additional compensation shall be allowed for the same. Excepting from the work above described any of sai~ work already done to grade on any part of the street herein- above described. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully se' forth, delineated, and described on plans, profiles, and cross-sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and in specifications for Assessment District No. 103, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles,
