258 ", cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolu- tion No. 1464, on the 16th day of March, 1925, by the Board of Trtm tees of the City of S~ta Ana, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improve- ment. The said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifi- cations are hereby referred to for a full and detailed des- cription of said proposed work and improvement, and are made a part of this Resolution cf Intention by reference, the same as though set forth in full herein. GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of North Lyon Street at a grade other than the existing or offidial grade thereof, and on such parts of s treat the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of said street as modified and changed, but on all other parts of the roadway, if any, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereo~. Resolved, that the existing official grade on North Lyon Street will be modified between the North Line of East First Street and the South line of Palm Avenue; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated and shown on the profiles and, plans. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per ann~tm, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeed- ing ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ISSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made charge- able upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the dis- trict benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which dis- trict is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa ana, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as fol- lows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 1 of Tract No. 314 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 14, page 34, Records of Orange County, California,
