2,61 Avenme from the center line of North Baker Street to a point 246.51 feet East thereof; the South one-half of West Eighth Street from the center line of No~th Artesia Street to a point 230 feet East thereof; and the East one-half of No~th A~tesia Street from the center line of West Eighth Street to the Westerly extended No~th line of West Seventh Street. And where any street or alley intersects or ter- minates in the above described portions of streets, in, on and along which work is to be ~ne or improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the property lines thereof. The work and improvement on the above described portions of roadways is more particularly described as follows: 1. The grading of all of the above described portions of streetw to a subgrade five (5) inches below the finished grade and the construction on said subgrade of a five (5) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement from curb line to curb llne, and where cross streets or alleys inter- sect, terminate or are proposed as shown on the plans along said streets, the grading and paving to extend beyond the curb lines and across the sidewalk reservations to the pro- petty lines or extensions thereof: And the grading and paving of all driveways as shown on the plans are to be paved for their entire width and extending from the street face of the curb to the street edge of the sidewalk, or where no sidewalk, or m~e':to~be constructed the grading and paving shall extend to a point five (5) feet from the property lines. 2. The excavation for and the construction of csment concrete curb on portions of the above described streets where curbs do not now exist and where shown on the plans to be constructed. $. The excavation for and the construction of main sewer lines, lateral house connecting sewers, manholes flush tanks, and such other incidentals of such a sewer of the materials, and at the places where shown in the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications herein- after more fully referred to and the said sewer shall be constructed in all particulars according to said plans and specifications. $. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete sidewa;1, where no sidewalks exist, and as shown on the plans, and reference is hereby made to the plans for a more detailed description of the location ~ said sidewalk.
