The excavation for and the furnishing and lay- ing of a mlin water pipe line, in, on and along West Sixth Street from a point two (2) feet East of the East line of North Artesia Street to the West line of Western Avenue, of the materials and sia®e and of the construction as shown in the specifications, plans, profiles and c~oms-sections here- inafter more fully referred to. 6. The excavation for and the reinforcing of exis- ting irrigation pipes with Portland Cement Concrete encase- ments, as shown in detail on the plans, and at such locations as are indicated on the plans. 7. Such other work and improvement Is is noted on the plans, or as is hereinafter specified, shall be done and shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvement, and no additional compensation shall be allowed fo~ the same. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done to grade on any of the streets hereinabove set forth. In the above described items of the proposed work and improvement, in most cases the different streets have not been specifically named for the reason that the improve- ment on West Washington Avenue, West Ninth Street, West Eighth Street, West Sixth Street and North Artesia Street are therein considered as one improvement, and are shown as such on the plans, profiles, cross-sectionS and specifications hereinaf- ter referred to. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles, cross-sections sheets 1 to 14 ihclusive, on file in the of- fice of the City Engineer, and in specifications for Assess, merit District No. 79, on file in the ~ flce of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifica- tions were adopted by Resolution No. 14235 on the 2nd day of Feb., 1925, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifica- tions for said work and improvement. The said plans, pro- files, cross-sections and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work and improvement, and are made a part of this Resolution ~ Intention by reference, the same as though set forth in full herein. GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of West Washington AveBue, Nest Ninth Street, West Eighth Street, West Sixth
