270 RESOLUTION NO. 1478. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF s]~NTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1339, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIB- ING THE DENOMINATION DF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE WHEREAS, pursuan$ to statute, notice of filing list of unpaid a~sessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law that the warrant, assessment and dia- gram recorded on the 3rd day of March, 1926, for the work and improvement made by A. R. Kennedy under that certain contract awarded to him on the 27th day of October, 1924, on Wellington Avenue and Lacy Street, and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superin- tendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expiration of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Aha, a complete list ~f all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Eight Thousand, Six Hundred Twenty-three and 86/lOOths ($8,623.86) Dollars; and that assessments numbered 8,24, 43, 58, 68, 69, 72, and 73, aggregating the sum of Five Hundred Nine and 47/lOOths ($809.47) Dollars have since been paid; and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Eight Thousand, One Hundred Four- teen and 9/lOOths ($8,114.09) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Inten- tion No. 1339, of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, passed the 15th day of September, 1924, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS,interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees of the said City of Santa Aha, California, in the council chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock ~.M. of Monday, the 6th day of April, 1928, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superin- tendent's list; and
