WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and <br />form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid <br />assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6%) per <br />cent per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner pro- <br />vided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last in- <br />stallment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from <br />the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from <br />th%ir date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having ap~ ared before <br />thiw Board of Trustees and having been given full opportun~ <br />ty to show cause why bonds should not be issued upoh the <br />security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, and <br />all objections presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees <br />does hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown <br />why bonds should not be issued upon the security of said <br />unpaid assessments, and does hereby overrule all objections <br />thereto, and does hereby direct the issuance of said bonds, <br />and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLONS, that bonds shall be <br />issued upon th~secu~ity of said unpaid assessments to said <br />amount of Eight Thousand, One Hundl~ed Fourteen and 9/lOOths <br />($8¥114.09) Dollars. <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be twenty (20) in number <br />and shall be dated April 6th, 1925, and bear interest at <br />the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, and the denomina- <br />tion of said bonds, and the dates of the respective maturi- <br />ties thereof shall be as follows: <br /> <br />SERIES BOND NO.
