272 interest; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be lithographed or printed signature in place of a signature by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ara be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated to the contractor, A. R. Kennedy, in satisfac- tion of the balance due upon his assessment and diagram. RESOLVED, that the plans and sPecificatiohs for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ara, upon and along those open public streets in said City, commonly known as Borchard Avenue and Olive Street, which portions thereof are described as follows: Borchard Avenue from the West line of Flower Street to the East line of Olive Street; and 0live Street from the Westerly extension of the North line of Borchard Avenue to the North line of Edinger Street; Said work being described as follows: The grading and ~ ring of the above described portions of streetw with five (5) inch Portland Cement Con- crete pavement, the construction of curb and sidewalk where the same are not already constructed; the installation of four (4) inch house lateral sewers.
