Herrick, principal clerk of the prin- <br />ters and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affida- <br />vit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa <br />Ana, on the 17th day of April, 1925, and is now on file therein; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Santa Ana <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the <br />commenced to <br /> <br />Street Superintendent of the ~ity of <br />post the notices hereinbefore referred <br /> <br />to on the 8th day of April, 1925, and fully completed the post- <br />ing thereof on the 8th day of April, 1925, more than ten days <br />before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the <br />proposed work or improvement, all as appears by the affidavit <br />of Nat H. Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 9th day <br />of April, 1925, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the 4th day of May, 1925, at the hour of <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M., and the Council Chamber of the Board of <br />Trustees of the City of Santa &ua, was the day, hour and place <br />named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Public Work, <br />when and where any and all persons having any objections to the <br />proposed public work or improvement might appea~ before the <br />Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement <br />should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution <br />of Intention; and whereas, all protests or objections presen- <br />ted having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, <br />manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees <br />of the City of Santa Ana having now ac~ired Jurisdiction to <br />order the proposed improvement, it is hereby: <br /> <br /> RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the public interest and <br />convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the <br />Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the <br />following work to be done and improvement made in the City of <br />Santa Ana, as follows: <br /> <br /> That certain alleys in saidCity of Santa Ana be va- <br /> <br />cated and abandoned as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. All of a certain twehty (20) foot alley extending <br /> <br />from Riverside Drive to Heliotrope Drive, and lying adjacent <br />and contiguous to Lot 61 to 71 inclusive and Lot 87 of Tract <br />No. 425. <br /> <br /> 2. All of a twenty (20) foot alley extending from <br /> <br /> <br />
