All of a ten (10) foot <br />Riverside Drive to Heliotrope Drive, <br /> <br />425. <br /> <br />alley e~tending from <br />said alley being adjacent <br /> <br />and contiguous to Lots 80, 81, <br />Tract No. 425. <br /> <br /> All of which is more <br /> <br />and Lots 88 and 108, all in sa~ <br /> <br />clearly sho~ on a certain map <br /> <br />consisting of two sheets, marked Sheet 1 and Sheet 2, approved <br />and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha <br />for the said abandonment, by Resolution No. 1471 on the 30th <br />day of March, 1925. <br /> <br /> The public work ordered and the improvement to be <br />made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning certain <br />public thoroughfares, to-wit, three alleys in Tract No. 425, <br />and for that reason no district is chargeable therewith. <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall be done in <br />pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Cali- <br />fornia, designated Street Opening Act of 1889, and amendments <br />thereto. <br /> <br /> For further particulars, reference is hereby made to <br />said Resolution of Intention No. 14V2, which is dated the 30th <br />day of March, 1928, and on file with the Clerk of the City of <br />Santa Aha. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is herewith in- <br />structed to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering Improve. <br />ment, in the office of the County Recorder of the County of <br />Orange. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the the foregoing Resolution <br />Ordering Improvement was duly introduced and regularly passed <br />and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana <br />at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board of Trustees, held <br /> <br />on the llth day of May, <br /> Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />1925, by the following vote: <br /> <br />C.H.
