296 DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trus- tees of more than local or ordinary public beneift, and the ex- pense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and raid Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 59 of Tract No. 648, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 20, page 14, Records of Orange County, California; thence Sou- therly along East line of Lots 59 to 70 inclusive and across Russell Avenue and along the East line of Lots 71 to 80 inclu- sive, all within the said Tract to the Southeast corner of the said Lot 80, said point being also on the South line of said Tract; thence Westerly along the South line of the said Tract to the Southwest corner of Lot 102 of the said Tract; thence Northerly along the West line of Lots 102 and 93 inclusive in their inverted order, and across Russell Avenue, and along the West line of Lots 92 to 81 inclusive in their inverted order, all within the said Tract to the Northwest corner of the said Lot 81; thence Easterly along the North line of the said Lot 81 and across South VanNess Avenue and along the North line of the said Lot 59 to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 1st day of June, 1925, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improve- ment may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in ac- cordance with this Resolution. Any al~d all persons wishing to protest said improve- ment, or the assessment ~lstrict, or both, ~zould file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth written protests, setting forth the grounds of their objections. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VII. That Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a dai~y newspaper published and circulated and of general circu- lation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the news- paper in which this Resolution of I~tention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the mariner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Imprewement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVE~ENT SECTION VIII.
