995 impr~ ement is to be done on a part of South Van NessAvenue at a grade other than the existing or official grade thereof, and on such parts of street the work is to be done at and in con- formity with the grade of s~ d street as modified and changed, but on all other ~ rts of the roadway, if any, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on South Van Ness Avenue will be modified between the South line of Fairview Avenue and the North line of Tract No. 352; that be- tween said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, which new or p~oposed grade is indicated and shown on the profiles and plans. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said B~ rd of Trustees hereby de- clare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6~) per cent per annum, will be issued here- under in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond AOt of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. 2. The grading to a subgrade five ~5) inches below the finished grade, and the construction thereon of a five (5 inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement of all driveways along the above described portion of street, as shown on the plans to be paved, for their entire width and from the street face of the curb to the street edge of the sidewalk. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated, and described on plans, profiles, and . cross-sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and in specifications for Assessment District No. 104, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No.1470 on the 30th day of March, 1925, by the Board of Trustees of th, City of Santa Ana, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The said plans, profiles, crass-sections ahd specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said propose~ wc~k and improvement, and are made a part of this Resolution of In- tention by reference, the herein.
