298 Street to the South line of Sixth Street, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in any of the above described portions of street in, on and albng which work is to be done ' .and improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the property lines thereof; and where any driveways meet the said portion of Garpsey Street to the street line of the sidewalk now in place. The work and improvement on the above described por- tion of roadway is more particularly described as follows: 1. Th~ grading and paving of the above described portion of street from curb line to curb line, and the grading and paving from the street face of the curb line to the street edge of the sidewalk of all driveways as shown on the plans to be paved along the' above described portion of street, to a sub- grade five (~) inches below the finished grade as shown on the plans, and the construction thereon of a Portland Cement Con- crete pavement having a thickness of five (5) inches. 2. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete curb upon and along the above described portion of street where curbs do not now exist and where shown on the plans to be constructed. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS, SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set fore,h, delineated and described on plans, profiles and ~ross- sections on file in the office of the City Englne~r, and speci- fications for Assessment District No. 106, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1483 on the 2~th day of Apr., 1925, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The said plans, profiles, cross- sections and specifications are hereby referred t~ for a full and detailed description of said proposed work and improvement, and shall be directory as to all work to be done. CHANGE OF GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed wek and improvement is to be done on a part of Garnsey Street at a grade other than the existing or official grade thereof~ and on such parts of street the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of said street as modified and changed, but on all other p~rts of the roadway, if any, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on ~arnsey Street will be modified between the North line of Fifth Street and the South line of Sixth Street; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing-grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated and shown by the pro- files and in the plans.
