299 DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby ~e- clare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (8%) per cent per annum, will be issued here- under in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of the said Board cf Trustees of more than local or ordinary public bene- fit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made dHargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said d~strict benefit~d~ b2~said~work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and des- cribed as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot l, Block G, Ross Addition, as per map theroof on file in Book l, page 44, 47 and 6S, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali- fornia, said point being also on the South line of West SixSh Street; thence East along the South line of ~est Sixth Street to the Northeast corner o~ Lot 8, Block F, of the said Ross Addition; thence South along lot lines to the Southeast corner of Lot 8, of the said Block F, said point being also on the North line of West Fifth Street; thence ~est along the North line of West Fifth Street to the Southwest co~ner of Eot 10, of the said Block G, of the Ross Addition; thence North along Lot lines to the point of beginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION VI. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 1st day of June, 1925, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Councl] Chamber of the City Hal~ of said City of Santa Ans, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improve- ment may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improve- m~nt or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set f~'th, written pro- tests, setting forth the grounds of their objections. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VII. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general cir- culation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published ~y two in- sertions in said newspaper in the manner and forth required by
