811 In, on and along the roadways of the following descri- bed portions of streets in said City, to-wit: (a) South Olive Street from the Westerly extended North line of Borchard Avenue to a line thirty (30) feet North of and parallel to the surveyed center line of West Edinger ~reet (b) Borchard Avenue from the West line of South Flowe: Street to the East line of South Olive Street. And where any street or alley intersects or terminates in any of the above described portions of streets in, on and alohg which work is to be done and improvement is to be made, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the property line,hereof. The work and improvement on the above described por- tions of ro%dways is more particularly described as follows: 1. The regrading to a subgrade five (8) inches below the finished grade as shown on the plans, and the construction theree~ of a five (§) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement upon and along the above described streets from cub line to curb line, and where cross streets intersect the said streets, the grading and paving to extend beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the extended property lines of the said streetm. 2. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete curbs upon and along the above described streets where curbs do not now exist and where shown on the plans to be con- structed. ~. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete sidewalks upon and along the above described streets where sidewalks do not exist, and where shown on the plans to be constructed. 4. The excavation for and the construction of lateral house connecting sewers, of the materials and at the places where shown in the plans, profiles, cross-sections and in the specifi- cations also hereinafter referred to. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SICTION II. All the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross-sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and specifications for Assessment District No. 109, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 14~9, on the 6th day of April, 192§, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ara, at a regular meeting of said Board, as the plans, profiles, cross-see- tions and specifications for said work and improvement.
