CHANGE OF GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of South Olive Street and Borchard Avenue at a grade other than the existing or official grade thereof, and on such parts of streets the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of said streets as modified and changed, but on all other parts of the roadways, to be done at the existing official grades if any, the work is thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on South Olive Street will b e modified between the Westerly extended North line of Borchard Avenue and a line thirty (30) feet North of and parallel to the surveyed center line of West Edinger Street; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, which new or p~cposed grade is indicated and shown on the profiles and plans. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Borchard Avenue will be modified between the West line of South Flower Street and the East line of South Olive Street; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing grade, which new or porposed grade is indicated and shown on the profiles and plans. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby de- clare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent ttupaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate ~ six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereun- der in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1918, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (lC) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trus- tees, of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and des- cribed as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, snd more particularly described as follows:
