Beginning at a point thirty (30) ~eet No~th of the surveyed center line of West Edihger Street and 136.?1 feet West of the West line of South Olive Street; thence North and parallel to South Olive Street to an intersection with the Wes- terly extended North line of Lot 1S, Block lC, of Tract No. $$2, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Haps, Book 1§, pages 15 and 16, Records of Orange County, California; thence East along the Westerly extension of and the North line of said Lot lB to the Northemst corner thereof; thence South along lot lines to the Northwest corner of Lot 12, of said Block 10; thence East along the North line of said Lot 12 to the Northeast corner thereof; said point being on the West line of South Flower Street; thence South along the West line of South Flower Street to the Southeast corner of Lot l, Block 23, of said Tract No. 352; thence West along the South line of said Lot 1 to the South west corner thereof; thence South along lot lines to the South- east corner of Lot 13 of said Block 23 said point being thirty (30) feet North of the surveyed center line of West Edinger Street; thence West, parallel to the surveyed center line of We Edinger Street to the point of beginning. Notice is hereby given, that on Monday, the 15th day of June, 1925, at V:30 o'clock P.M., in the Counci2 Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Aha, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvemem may appear before the said Board of T~ustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accorda~e with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improve- ment or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk priSr to the date herein set forth written protests, setting forth the grounds of their Objections. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VII. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circula- tion in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspa. per in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be publimhed by two insertions in sai~ newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of s aid City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conpicuousl2 posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
