322 RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK No. 1510 WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aua, ~ the llth day of May, 1926, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 1497, to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along a por- tion of North Garnsey Street, in said City, which Resolution of Intention No. 1497 was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Aua Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper pub- lishe~ and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. Herrick, prin- cipal clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily news- paper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 14th day of Ma~, 1925, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS,-after the passage and adoption of said Reso- lution of Intention No. 1497, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun- dred (300) feet in distance apart, and 6 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicu- ously posted copies of said Notice along all of the open ~treets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices, and on said streets 6 notices; and WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha commenced to post said notice on the 18th day of May, 1925, and fu~l~ completed the posting thereof on the 1Sth day of May, 1925, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and improvement, all as appears by affidavit of Nat H. Neff, Street Superinten- dent of the City of Santa Aha, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 19th day of May, 1926, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 1st day of June, 1925~ being the day, hour and place named in the Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improve- ment might appear before the Board of T~ustees and show cause why said proposed improvement shoudl not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and
