WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby: RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience re-i quires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the following work to be done and improvement made in the City of Santa Aha as follows: All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pur- suance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to ~ said Resolution of Intention No. 1497, which is dated the llth i day of May, 1928, and on file with the Cl~rk of the City of Sang Ana. to post a fications therefor conspicuously for Council Chamber door of the Board of proposals or bids for doing the work The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed notice of said work, together with the plans and spec~ five days on or near the Trustees, inviting sealed ordered; he is also direc- ted to publish twice a notice inviting such proposals, and re- ferring to the specifications posted or on fi!e, in the Santa &ua Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and cir- culated in the City of Santa Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Orderi~ Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meetj lng of said Board of Trustees held on the 1st day of June, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit:
