325 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br />NO. 1512. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE <br />PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF WEST SANTA CLARA <br />AVENUE, ALL WITHIN SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WG~K OR IMPROVE <br />MENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLAR <br />ING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WORK AND IMPROVEMENT, <br />AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THEREOF; DETER- <br />MINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND <br />EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTI(NS <br />TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO <br />BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. <br /> <br /> The Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Aha, pursu- <br /> aris to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the <br /> Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to said acts, <br /> do resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience <br />require, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of t~ <br />City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the <br />following described work and improvement within said City, in, <br />on and along the roadway of West Santa Clara Avenue from the <br />West line of Main Street to the East line of Greenleaf Street, <br />and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in any <br />of the above described portion of street in, on and along which <br />work is to be done or improvement is to be made, then beyond th~ <br />curb line and across the sidewalk reservations to the property <br />lines thereof. <br /> <br /> The work and improvement on the above described por- <br />tion of roadway is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The grading and paving of the above described por- <br />tion of street from curb line to curb line, and where cross- ~ <br />Streets or proposed cross-streets intersect or terminate in the <br />above described street, the grading and paving to extend beyond <br />the curb lines and across the sidewalk reservations to the ex- <br />tended property lines of the said streets. The above described <br />portion of street, cross-streets or proposed cross-streets shall <br />be graded to a subgrade six (6) inches below the finished grade <br />as shown on the plans, and the construction thereon of a Port- <br />land Cement Concrete pavement, ~avlng a thickness of six (6) <br />inches. <br /> <br /> 2. The grading to a subgrade five (5) inches below <br />the finished grade as shown on plans from the street face of the <br />curb line to the street edge of the sidewalk, of all driveways <br />as shown on plans to be paved along the above described portions <br /> <br /> <br />
