The excavation for and the construction fo cement concrete curb upon and along the above described portion of Street where curbs do not now exist and where shown on the plans to be constructed. 4. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete sidewalk, upon and along the South side only of the above described portion of street, where sidewalks do not now exist, and as shown on the plans to be constructed. 5. The excavation for and the construction of a sani- tary connecting sewer system, of the materials and at the places and in accordance with the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications, hereinafter more fully referredt o. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION Il. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and dewcribed on plans, profiles and cross- sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and specifi- cations for Assessment District No. 98, ob file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and speci- fications Sere~adopted by. Resolution No. 1511 on the gth day of June, 1925, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. The said plans, profiles, cross-sec- tions and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvement, and are made a part of this Resolution of Intention by reference, the same as though set forth in full herein. GRADE SECTION III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of West Santa Clara Avenue at a grade other than the existing official grade thereof, and on such part of said street the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of said street as modified and changed, but on all other parts of the roadway, if any, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereOf~ Resolved, that the existing official grade on West Santa Clara Avenue will be modified between the West line of Main Street and the East line of Greenleaf Street; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing official grade, which new or proposed grade is indica- ted and shown on the plans and profiles. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder
