The excavation for and the constr~ction of cement concrete sidewalk having a total thickness of three and one- half (3~) inches on the portions of the above described streets where sidewalks do not now exist and where shown on the plans to be constr-acted. 4. The excavation of a trench and the laying therein of a main sewer line on a portion of the above described~streets of the depth, materials, quality and location as shown on the plans and described in the specifications, together with the backfilling of said trench. 5. The excavation for and the const~uction of lateral house connecting sewers, manholes and flush tanks, of the mater- tals~.a~d at the places where shown in the plans, profiles, cross- sections and in the specifications hereinafter referred to. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross- sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and speci- fications for Assessment District No. llO, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1499 on the 18th day of May, 1925, by the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Ara, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications fo~ s~id WOrk and improvement. Said plane, profiles, cross- eectione and epecifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvement, and are made a part of this Resolution of Intention by refer- ence, the same as though set forth in full herein. CHANGE OF GRADE SECTION III. Resolved that the proposed work and im- provement is to be done on a part of Hickory Street, East Bishop Street and Wakeham Avenue at a grade other than the existing official grade thereof, and on such parts of streets the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of said street as modified and changed, but on all other parts of road- waye, if any, the work is to be done at the existing official grade thereof. Resolved, that the existing official grade on Hickory Street will be modified between the East line of Bishop Street and the Westerly extended South line of Lot 25 of Tract No. 614; that between said two lines work shall be done at a grade other than the existing official grade, which new or proposed grade is indicated and sh~n on the plans and profiles.
