The expense of said work mr improvement is by said <br />Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district, which <br />said district is described in and by the said Resolution, and <br />is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the of£ice of the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall be done in pur~ <br />suance of an Act of the Legislature Of the State of California, <br />designated Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto. <br /> <br /> For further particulars, reference is hereby made to <br />said Resolution of Intention No. 1§04, which is dated the 28th <br />day of May, 1925, and on file with the Clerk of the City of <br />Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby d~ected <br />to post a notice of said work, together with the plans and speci- <br />fications therefor, conspicuously for five days on or near the <br />Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees, inviting sealed <br />proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also direc- <br />ted to publish twice a notice inviting such proposals, and re- <br />ferring to the specifications posted or on file in the Santa Aha <br />Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circula- <br />ted in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that <br />purpose. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Order- <br />ing Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted <br />by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha at a regular <br />meeting of said Board of Trustees held on the'~lSth day of June, <br />1928, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />N®es, Trustees None <br />Absent, Trusteew None <br /> <br />C.H.
