PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE; FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID PROPOSED ABANDONMENT IMPROVEMENT. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, Cali- fornia, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street Opening Act of 1889", approved March 6th, 1889, and amendments thereto, do re- solve and declare as follows: PUBLIC INTEREST AND CONVENIENCE SECTION I. That the public interest and convenience requires, and it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of ~ City of Santa Aha, California, to order ~he followin~ improvemer in the nature of ~n abandonment in the City of Santa Ana, to-wi~ That a certain alley in the City of Santa Aha be vaca- ted and abandoned as follows: To vacate that portion of alley in Tract No. 81, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 10, page 31, Records of Orange County, California, extending from the North line of East Cubbon Street to a point 98.?V feet North thereof, same bine between Orange and Cypress Avenues. The said portion to be abandoned is more particularly described as follows: Located in the City of Santa Ana, Ce~ty of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 23, of Tract No. 81, as per maps thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 10, page 31, Records of Orange County, California, said point being also on the North line of East Cubbon Street, thence West- erly along the North line of East Cubbon Street to the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of the said tract; thence Northerly along the East line of Lots 2 and 1 of the said Tract to the Northeast co~ her of the said Lot 1, said point being also on the North line o~ the said tract; thence Easterly along the said North line of the said Tract to the Northwest corner of Lot 24 of the said Tract; thence Southerly along the West of the said ~ots 24 and 23 to the point of beginning. LAND AND PROPERTY AFFECTED SECTION II. That the said Board of Trustees does fur- ther declare that the lot, land or premises affected by the va- cation of the hereinbefore described alley are those pieces or parcels of real property dewcribed as follows: Lots 1, 2, 24, and 23 of Tract No. 81, as per map thereof on file in ~iscella- neous Maps, Book 10, page 31, Records of Orange County, Calif- ornia. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION III. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 13th day of July'~ 192S, at ~:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons who shall have filed written protests with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, on or before the llth day of July, 1928, as required by law, may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be car- ried out in accordance with this Resolution.
