and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement shoudl not be carrie¢ out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement, or the assessment dist~ct or beth, should file wl~h the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth, a written protest setting forth the reasons for their protest. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VI. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, daily newspaper published and circulated and of general olrcu-t lation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- sertions in said newspaper, in the manner and fo~m required b law. The Board of T~uwtees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mall the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION VII. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said con- templated work or improvement, and along all of the open streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assess- ment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing Remlution of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meet~ thereof held on the 15th day of June, 1925, by the following vote: Ayes, Noes, Absent, Trustees Trustees C.H.
