PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross- sections on file in the office of the City Engineer, and speci- fications for Assessment District No. lO~, on file in the of- lice of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1515, on the 8th day of June, 1925, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, prSfiles, cross-sections and speci- fications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or im- provement, and are made a part of this Resolution of Intention by reference, the same as though set forth in full herein. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION III. The said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, ~nd to bear interest at the rate of six (8%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond ~ct of 191~", the last installment of whiOh bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeding ten (lC) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION IV. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of T~ustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and raid Board of Trus- tees does hereby declare said district to be the district bene- fited by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and e~rpenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Calif~nia, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of West F~st Street 125 feet West of the West line of North Broadway; thence North parallel to North Broadway to the South line of West Sixth Street; thence East along the South line of West Sixth Street to a point 125 feet East of the East line of North B~oad- way; thence South parallel to North Broadway to the North line of West Fifth Street; thence East along the No~th llne of West Fifth Street; 20 feet; thence Beutha~a~l~l to~North Broadway to the center line of West Fifth Street; thence West along the center line of West Fifth Street to a point 125 feet East of the East line of North Bromdway; thence South parallel to North Broadway to the North line of West First Street; thence West along the North line of West First Street to the point of be- ginning. TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION V. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 13th day of July, 1925, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Coun- cil Chamber of the City Hall of s~id City of Santa Ana, any
