RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO ASSESSMENT, AFYROVING ASSESSMENT AND ORDERING THE STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD No. 1554. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana did, on the 28th day of August,~1924, pass Resolution of Intention No. 1521, for the improvement of North Park Boulevard, Heliotrope Drive, Riverside Drive, Benton Way and North Broad- way; and whereas, on the 9th day of June, 19~5, the Superinten- dent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the contradt made under proceedings for the said improvement, which assess- ment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said City on the llth day of May, 1925. AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has given notice required by law in which notice June 29th, 1925, at the hour of V:50 otclock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the Council ~hamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as required by law; and whereas, at the time set for hearing protests or ob- Jections the Board of Trustees of said City continued the hearing on the protests until July 6, 1925, at which time the Board of Trustees proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessments or the work done having been heard, it is hereby: RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby, overruled and denied, and the assess- ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a wmrrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendent of ~treets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular meeting of said Board held on the 6th day of July, 1920, by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees None Absent, ','~tees None C.H.
